Flight Delays & Cancellations
If caused by the airline (technical issues):
In case of a flight delay beyond the normal time:
- Less than 1-hour delay: No compensation
- 2–3 hours delay: Light snacks or bakery items
- 3–6 hours delay: Hot meals provided
- Over 7 hours: Hotel accommodation (if available)
- Rebooking: Based on actual situation and availability
If caused by weather conditions (departure/destination):
- 3–4 hours delay: Drinking water
- Rebooking: No compensation or responsibility accepted
All rescheduling or rebooking will be handled by the airline.
