Baggage & Fees
Each passenger is allowed ONE (1) piece of cabin baggage or handbag onboard. The main cabin shall not exceed 115 cm (30 cm x 60 cm x 18 cm) or (12 x 24 x 7 inches) and must not weigh more than 7kg. If your cabin baggage exceeds the limits, it will be collected and stored in the aircraft cargo compartment. The checked baggage of each passenger's maximum weight allowance is 20 kg. In addition to the limitations stated here, you may also have to pay ONE (1) kg is 50.000 kip for baggage charges if the combined weight or pieces of baggage exceed.

Checked Baggage Policy
- Max 2 pieces per passenger, not exceeding 20 kg total
- Charges for excess weight: 50,000 LAK/kg and 100,000 LAK per excess piece
Example: 3 bags / 23 kg = 100,000 LAK + 150,000 LAK
Items Allowed in Carry-On Baggage
- Liquids, drinks, gels, and liquid cosmetics: Max 1000 ml per container
- Baby food as needed
- Personal medications (e.g., allergy or diabetes medication)
- Clothes, travel pillow, small blanket
- Books for reading
- Electronic devices (e.g., iPad, laptop, mobile phone)

Prohibited Items
- Flammable items: lighters, spray cans, fireworks
- Weapons or sharp objects: guns, knives, explosives
- Toxic chemicals: pesticides, herbicides
- Strong-smelling foods: durian, fermented beans, fermented fish
- Magnetic materials
- Illegal items: e-cigarettes, heroin, marijuana, etc.

The airline is not responsible for baggage loss or damage occurring outside of designated airline responsibility areas.
